- Prepare and produce all products according to SOP guidelines, including tasks such as cutting, cooking, steaming, frying, and packing.
- Ensure all equipment and utensils are cleaned, washed, and returned to their designated storage areas after use.
- Inspect all materials to ensure they are in acceptable condition before use.
- Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their roles and assigned tasks.
- Monitor employee performance, offering feedback and coaching as needed.
- Complete forms as required by QA standards.
- Follow all HACCP, ISO22000, and 5S guidelines during preparation and production.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive Chef or Area Manager.
