- Master the control of cooking temperatures for various dishes.
- Perform duties across different stations, including cutter, soup, grill, and noodle stations.
- Ensure all dishes meet company standards and follow SOPs for product quality.
- Become familiar with the menu.
- Prepare all required ingredients and sauces before operations begin.
- Organize and prepare staff meals.
- Check the quality and expiration dates of sauces.
- Manage ordering and inventory for the department.
- Select and ensure the quality of food items received from suppliers.
- Conduct stock inventory and place orders for the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the department and equipment.
- Ensure the kitchen area is kept sanitary.
- Ensure compliance with 5S and HACCP standards.
- Ensure all activities follow HACCP and 5S regulations.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by your superior.
