Assistant Warehouse

Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse cleaning and maintenance
  • Procurement of spare parts
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks and update the system
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors regarding purchase orders and other matters
  • Prepare work orders
  • Track expiration dates of all spare parts
  • Operate an electric stacker to transport parts within the warehouse
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business or related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in logistics industry.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
  • Knowledge in 5S
