- Ensure all dishes meet the company's quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments for kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Stay familiar with the menu.
- Conduct pre-operation checks.
- Manage the department and lead briefings.
- Handle staff dismissals, terminations, and resignations.
- Ensure the department complies with 5S and HACCP standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
