- Responsible for overseeing the restaurant's profit and loss, and implementing effective cost control measures.
- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial forecasts to meet or exceed management expectations.
- Prioritize increasing revenue and covers to maximize profitability, while also focusing on cost control.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Regularly review and enhance the restaurant's performance through cost analysis and process monitoring.
- Ensure food safety and operational standards are maintained, providing a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
- Meet customer expectations by delivering professional, efficient service and addressing service issues with tact and diplomacy.
- Drive operational efficiency by leading and supporting the service culture to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Manage labor costs through effective staff scheduling and leave monitoring.
- Participate in the hiring process by identifying and selecting candidates for junior positions.
- Handle staff counseling and recommend disciplinary actions, including termination, when necessary.
- Supervise, mentor, and manage supervisors and service staff to optimize manpower use.
- Oversee all administrative tasks related to the restaurant.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Manager.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate service staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting relationships with guests.
- Strong organizational and management abilities, with the capacity to lead and inspire a team.
