Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, motivating, managing and training team to optimise performance
- Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times, whilst working within budgetary parameters
- Training and supervising bar staff in order to ensure that they are knowledgeable about all aspects of serving liquor and cocktails
- Maintaining inventory of alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic mixers to ensure that all bar supplies are available when needed
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Mix, garnish and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to company specifications
- Suggest drinks to guests based on personalised recommendations and menu knowledge
- Responsible for hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons
- Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak hours
- Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls
- Responsible for keeping the bar stocked and clean
Requirements
- Singaporeans or PRs only
- Able to independently recruit manpower for the bar
