We are partnering with a prestigious educational institution, dedicated to developing top-tier student-athletes. As the Assistant Director / Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping HR functions within a dynamic, future-focused organization.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, your responsibilities will encompass recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, payroll administration, and budgeting.

In this role, you will develop, implement, and review HR strategies and policies that support the institution’s broader objectives. You will also lead and inspire the HR team, ensuring efficient operations and providing professional growth opportunities for team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive the development and implementation of HR strategies that foster a collaborative and high-performing workplace.
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities to the HR team.
  • Oversee operational functions such as budgeting, payroll, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations, including the Singapore Employment Act and other statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, overseeing a comprehensive range of HR functions.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Familiarity with Singapore HR laws and regulations, and experience navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
