- Applicants with 10 year's experience in the baking and customer service
- Recognised qualification in Food Sience or Baking
- Knowledge of functional ingredients use in baking
- Good working knowledge of cake production and basic knowledge of bakery equipment
- New product development and promotion
- Marketing promotion and POP production
- Material cost management and cost calculation
- Confectionery product development
- Quality control of final products
- Employee management and traning
- Good command of spoken and written Korean for baking class
