About the Client:
Our client is a System Integrator.
Responsibilities:
- Support Windows and RHEL servers AD administration, creation, modification, deletion of user id, groups, permissions, gpo policy.
- Ensure all systems are configured and set up according to the agency security standards and requirement.
- Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
- Provide timely status updates to relevant parties. Perform change management and service request related to client platforms.
- Monitor and ensure all SLAs are met Review logs and taking the necessary remedial and corrective measures.
- Monitor and finetune the performance of the system e.g. CPU, ram, hard disk space
Requirement:
- Must have experience in handling Windows and RHEL servers AD administration.
- Expert in writing scripts to manage, automate scheduled tasks/jobs, log extraction, data extraction/transfer for rapid elasticity of systems administration operations.
- Expert in handling Microsoft Middleware software parameters to improve performance and/or fault remediation.
