Position Summary:
As a Speciality Liquor Retail Store Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, which will be located in Robinson Quey area. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and showcasing your passion for Chinese baijiu and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Store Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and displays with products
- Assist with inventory management
- Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures
Product Knowledge:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the history, production methods, and tasting notes of our key products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases
- Share your knowledge with customers and colleagues
Qualifications:
Passion for spirits and a genuine interest in the industry
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends
Strong command of English and Mandarin Chinese
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred
Knowledge of liquor industry terminology and regulations
