Responsibilities
- Contribute to the cloud enablement, development, documentation, delivery, and support of any cloud
- Understand the services consumed by the application and write terraform configurations to provision the necessary resources – especially compute (both ec2 and eks types), networking, database, and observability.
- Assist to debug and analyse cloud infrastructure deployment issues, or application failures and provide necessary solution to progress from dead lock situations
Skills/Requirement
- 5+ Years of experience in Genesys, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, JavaScript.
- AWS/Azure/Terraform Associate and Professional level certifications would be advantageous.
- Certified cloud qualification would be advantageous.
