Responsible for building relationships with prospective clients. This role required proactive outreach, excellent communication skills, and strategic mindset to expand business opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to increase business opportunities for the assigned customers/team. Demonstrates initiative in identifying new opportunities and converting them into actual sales.
- Align with the internal Product Team to conduct sales promotion activities for prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Continue to conduct business meetings and customer visitations.
- Business performance review. Support customers' technical & business inquiries.
- Enhance products and technical knowledge and at the same time stay up-to-date with industry and market trends and conditions.
- Co-work with internal stakeholders and external business partners to derive a business plan for existing/new markets.
Requirements:
- Degree in an Engineering discipline (with minimum 5 years relevant experience).
- Positive attitude in challenging work environments.
- Proactive and persistent mindset.
- Ability to perform multitasking.
- Ability to analyse data and prepare reports and presentations.
- Good interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiar with equipment/automation solutions trends and manufacturing processes.
