Job brief

  • We are looking for competent and cheerful manager to manage a small team
  • Manager responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, serving food and beverages as well as anticipating customers’ needs. You need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.
  • Need to lead the team well and improve sales by engaging with customers and ensure a high level of service

Responsibilities

  • Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to hygiene and order
  • Attend to customers
  • Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
  • Take and serve orders
  • Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
  • Work together with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Issue bills and accept payment

Requirements and skills

  • Proven restaurant serving or waiter experience is a plus
  • Attention to cleanliness and safety
  • Patience and customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
  • Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
