Responsibilities
· Provide L3 level technical support of CyberArk service.
· Provide day to day Support for Window and Linux Servers.
· Maintenance of fixes, patches, drivers required for the System.
· Installation, configuration, and management of Hyper-V, VMware Center, and Virtual Infrastructure.
· Testing and verification of impact on the Systems before applying fixes, patches.
· Maintain application servers, file servers and database servers.
· Implement, monitor, and maintain systems and application software running under Windows.
· Perform troubleshooting and resolve any System errors.,
· Perform hardening, upgrade for Window and Linux Servers.
· Perform vulnerability assessment and fix for Window and Linux Servers.
Skills/Requirement
· Experience with requirements, design, implementation, integration, and testing using CyberArk.
· Good Hands-on experience in developing IAM solutions using CyberArk.
· Experience working in PAM.
· Knowledge of MFA technologies.
· Experience in Design implementation user policies certification privilege account provisioning, creating workflows, custom connectors policies.
· Good experience with Windows and Actie Directory administrations and operation.
· Good understanding of endpoint onboarding and off boarding processes for different platforms such as DB, windows, and Unix servers.
