- Oversee daily administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations and manage payments for administrative invoices.
- Liaise with tenants and contractors for facility and property management, and update maintenance contracts.
- Assist in organizing company activities, including team-building events and corporate functions.
- Manage office supplies, corporate mobile phones, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administrative or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and writing abilities for effective engagement with stakeholders and external parties.
