Location: Edgefield Plains
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (0730-0330 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the teacher’s preparation room and two kitchens.
- Receive and check food orders from suppliers.
- Prepare ingredients before culinary lessons.
- Maintain high standards of food and kitchen safety.
- Check and maintain kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Conduct inventory and stock-taking of resources.
- Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the preparation room and kitchens.
- Assist NFS teachers during culinary sessions.
- Perform other duties assigned by NFS teachers.
Requirements:
- Independent and team-oriented.
- Minimum qualification: PSLE
- Confident in English communication.
- Basic mathematical skills for recipes.
- Basic culinary skills.
- 3+ years experience as a kitchen assistant in FCE/NFS (preferred).
