Working hrs: Mon to Fri (0630AM to 0345PM)
Location: Seraya Road
Requirements:
- Female Singaporean.
- GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
- Available to start on 02 Jan 2025.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with high initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (indicate in CV).
- 1 year of relevant school reception experience.
Scope of works:
- Assist at the counter.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Administer simple first aid to students.
- Clear generic emails.
- Perform data entry using Microsoft Word or Excel.
- Assist with other assigned clerical tasks.
