Location: Seraya Road


Requirements:

  • Female Singaporean.
  • GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
  • Available to start on 02 Jan 2025.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with high initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (indicate in CV).
  • 1 year of relevant school reception experience.

Scope of works:

  • Assist at the counter.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Administer simple first aid to students.
  • Clear generic emails.
  • Perform data entry using Microsoft Word or Excel.
  • Assist with other assigned clerical tasks.
