This preschool offers a mix of mainstream and specialized programs, focusing on supporting children with mild autism and other learning differences, particularly in speech and language delays.
We are seeking passionate L2 Certified Preschool Teachers who want to grow and thrive in a nurturing, child-centered environment where teachers and in-house therapists work collaboratively.

- Inclusive Environment: Manage small class sizes with favorable teacher-student ratios (1 teacher to 5 children | Playgroup - N2, and 1 teacher to 8 children | K1 - K2). You’ll also receive additional classroom support as needed.

What You Will Do:

- Collaborate on Learning Plans: Work closely with therapists to create and implement individualized learning plans that cater to the unique developmental needs of each child.
- Promote Inclusion: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children, regardless of their learning needs, can thrive.
- Parental Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents, offering feedback on their child’s progress and working together to support their development.

Key Qualifications:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE).
- L2 Certification recognized by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
- Experience in Special Needs Education (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia) is highly desirable.
- Passion for Inclusive Education: A strong desire to work with children of diverse abilities and provide personalized care.
