Job Responsibilities
- Maintenance, servicing and ensure regular checks and servicing of: Fire alarm systems, EM LOCK and magnetic door systems,Guestroom lock systems ELsafe units, CCTV systems, Public announcement systems, Car park collection systems Panic and PWD button system.
- Oversee the loading and unloading bay, driveway, and basement car park to ensurenall.loading and unloading activities conpleted within time frame.
- Control and distribute complimentary car park tickets.
- Respond to various incidents during shift, ranging from security breaches to guestroom lock and ELsafe issues.
- Complete security incidents, accidents, and emergencies, prioritizing report by end of daily shift.
- Enforce security protocols and procedures to protect guests, colleagues and property.
- Manage access control systems, such as key card access, to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Prrform random bag check to all colleagues who exit the building.
Job Requirements
- 1 year experience as Security preferably within hotel industry.
- Possess a valid Police Licensing Regulatory Department Security Officer license.
- Service-oriented and positive working attitude.
- Willing to perform rotating shift work.
- Police, CISCO or SAF regular experience will be an advantage.
