Job Description:
- Manage work processes and workflow to make sure operational efficiency
- Planning doctors' roster and coordinating doctor's leave to ensure adequate medical manpower at all times
- Identify training needs and sraw up individual learning plans for the staff
- Assist in drawing up department workplans and budgeting exercises
- Assist in handling patients' feedback and investigations
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in operations and administrative work
