JOB SCOPES:
Project Management,
- Oversee M&E works at construction sites.
- Monitor project progression, operating cost, budget, and deadline.
- Prepare project progress reports.
- Coordinate with various parties (contractors, consultants, client representatives, internal teams)
- Site inspections
- Resolve issue arise.
- Project commissioning and handover.
Drafting,
- Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings.
- Ensure compliances with relevant codes, regulations, and client’s requirements.
- Prepare and submit shop drawing, Revit BIM for coordination, As-built drawings, Construction drawings.
- Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and change orders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year experience in managing projects related to Generator/ Data Center/ M&E Engineering.
- Knowledge with Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Preferable degree in Engineering but not a must.
PACKAGE:
- Basic range from $3800 - $5500, subject to relevant experiences and qualifications
