Information Technology Lead

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Must have of experience in Salesforce development
2. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (or higher)
3. Expert-level knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components
4. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
5. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
6. Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API)
7. Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control systems (e.g., Git)
8. Strong knowledge of data integration patterns and experience with ETL tools
9. Experience with Agile development methodologies
10. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
11. Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Additional Skills (Preferred):

1. Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products
2. Knowledge of Heroku and Salesforce Platform Events
3. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices for Salesforce development
4. Experience with mobile development on the Salesforce platform
5. Understanding of Salesforce Einstein and AI capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations
2. Lead the implementation of complex Salesforce projects from conception to deployment
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
4. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
5. Create and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for efficient data retrieval
6. Implement and maintain data migration strategies and tools
7. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
9. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and releases
11. Architect and implement scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
12. Optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance and usability
13. Develop custom AppExchange applications
14. Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions
15. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
16. Collaborate with QA team to ensure thorough testing of all developed features
17. Provide estimates for development efforts and manage project timelines
18. Conduct regular security reviews and implement best practices for data protection
19. Assist in evaluating and implementing third-party applications from AppExchange
20. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards
