HR LEAD | LARGE CLINIC GROUP
Our Client is an investor group seeking to appoint a HR Lead for one of their portfolio companies in the Healthcare Services industry operating out of Singapore. The Portfolio Company is in a specific range of discipline in healthcare with X00+ headcount made up of clinicians, nurses, technicians & corporate staff. The Portfolio Company is profitable and in an upward revenue trajectory path, with potential for growth locally and overseas via M&A.
With a tried & tested business model in place, the future continued success of this Clinic Group rests on identifying the right leadership team to work with the founders who are also Doctors.
The HR Lead shall oversee HR operations, provide leadership, drive process efficiency, foster people integration and cultural alignment between merged entities, and build essential people capabilities to support business growth.
- End-to-end HR operational experience
- Employee engagement and culture building expertise
- Process improvement and productivity enhancement skills
- Conversational Mandarin shall aid in communications with Mandarin speaking staff
