Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner will serve as a key strategic partner to the business, providing financial insights and support to drive business performance and achieve financial objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing financial data, and delivering actionable recommendations to optimize revenue, control costs, and enhance profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

•Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances, providing regular reports and insights to the commercial team.

•Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

•Develop appropriate policies and procedures including SOP’s for assigned processes and take lead for certain common process across the group (insurance, payroll, cross-charges, etc.)

•Support in SAP implementation roll out and drive accurate use of Chart of Accounts and reporting in line with the company policies

•Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards

•Demonstrate and embed the behaviours and competencies that has growth mindset and also have a risk management mindset and take complete accountability

Strategic Partnership:

•Collaborate with commercial leaders to develop and implement business strategies that align with overall financial goals.

•Act as a trusted advisor, providing financial expertise and guidance on key business decisions.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

•Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

•Prepare and review rolling forecasts to adapt to changing business conditions.

Cost Management:

•Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies within the commercial business unit.

•Monitor and report on departmental budgets, ensuring adherence to financial policies and controls.

Performance Metrics:

•Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.

•Provide insights on performance metrics to drive accountability and improve decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

•Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support business initiatives and projects.

•Facilitate financial training and support to non-financial stakeholders.
