Job descriptions:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Appointments & Recruitment Department
- Participate in and contribute to our ongoing AI initiative
- Process various types of payments, including purchase order payments
- Submit invoices for Direct Payment to the Finance department
- Manage and organise departmental documents and records
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities
Job requirements:
- Only Singaporean
- Minimum Nitec & above in any related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint
