Job Highlights:

Enhance exposure to the government sector

Nearest MRT: Ang Mo Kio

Working hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm (Monday - Friday)

Salary: up to $2,100 per month

Contract duration: 5 months


Job descriptions:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Appointments & Recruitment Department
  • Participate in and contribute to our ongoing AI initiative
  • Process various types of payments, including purchase order payments
  • Submit invoices for Direct Payment to the Finance department
  • Manage and organise departmental documents and records
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities


Job requirements:

  • Only Singaporean
  • Minimum Nitec & above in any related discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint
