We are seeking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to be part of our company as a Customer Service Coordinator. This individual will support the operation, contribute, and grow together with the company.
Highlights
- Mon-Fri (5.25days) 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Saturday - 08.30am – 12.30pm
Challenges
- Order processing - LCL, FCL and monthly palletising shipments
- Conduct monthly cycle counts
- Computer literate with Microsoft, WMS AS400, emails corresponding
- Simple physical work on goods verification
- Perform data entry tasks as required
- Assist with ad hoc duties as needed
What It Takes
- Preferably with minimum 1-year relevant office working experience or at least Diploma in any field
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and good with teamwork.
- Highly driven with a positive attitude, customer-centric mindset with good interpersonal skills.
- · Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will be an advantage
