Job Summary:

The IT Manager (SAP FICO) will lead SAP FICO implementation and manage IT programmes. Key responsibilities include establishing frameworks, overseeing planning and execution, and managing the department. The role requires expertise in SAP FICO, S4 Hana, and strong leadership to ensure successful delivery within cost, time, and quality targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Programme Management Framework:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert, defining frameworks, templates, tools, and systems for cost, time, and quality delivery.
  • Enhance organizational capability in utilizing the programme management framework.
  • Implement systems to track adherence and drive corrective actions where necessary.

Programme Planning:

  • Review integrated programme plans to ensure adherence to time, cost, and quality metrics.
  • Set expectations for regular and milestone reviews, including status reports and risk assessments.

Programme Implementation:

  • Monitor programme progress and guide in corrective actions.
  • Strengthen relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance to junior staff, including resolving escalations and balancing deliverables with client needs.

Department Management:

  • Oversee department functions including budgets, staffing, and work allocations.
  • Lead performance management and staff development through mentoring, coaching, and goal-setting.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT, with a focus on SAP FICO and S4 Hana implementation.
  • Expertise in SAP FICO configuration and integration; S4 Hana experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in user support and issue resolution.
  • Proven team leadership, project management, and departmental oversight.
  • Strong stakeholder management and mentoring skills.
