Within the scope of Elevandi’s activities includes Greenprint (“Gprnt”), a digital platform that harnesses technology to simplify how the financial sector and real economy collect, access and act upon environmental, social and governance (ESG) data to support their sustainability initiatives. Backed by the MAS, Gprnt offers an enhanced digital reporting solution for both large businesses and small and medium enterprises to seamlessly report and assess their ESG information.

Gprnt is spearheading the world towards a greener and more sustainable economy and society, with the vision to be the world’s key destination for granular, comparable and verified ESG data, delivered via an open data platform at scale with an embedded value-added services marketplace.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Human Resources Manager to lead the HR and Administration functions across both Elevandi and Gprnt.

Job Description

HR Functions

Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including:

Recruitment & Selection

· Drive the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring efficient and effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent

Compensation & Benefits

· Design competitive compensation packages and optimise benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction

Learning & Development

· Develop and implement learning programs and opportunities for employee growth, promoting continuous improvement

Performance Management

· Streamline and automate performance review processes, ensuring timely feedback, goal setting, and development plans

HR Policies & Procedures

· Create, review, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are clear, compliant, and easily accessible

· Ensure HR activities comply with statutory regulations, ethical standards, and legal requirements, including staying current with TAFEP guidelines and changes in labour laws

HR Process

· Identify opportunities to digitise and automate HR workflows, such as employee onboarding/offboarding, leave management, and performance reviews, to improve efficiency and accuracy

· Conduct regular assessments of HR processes, implementing best practices to streamline workflows, reduce manual intervention, and increase overall productivity

Strategic HR Advisory and Employee Relations

· Act as a strategic advisor to line managers, providing support on handling employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and policy interpretation

· Advise the senior management team on strategic HR matters, including workforce planning, talent management, organisational development, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term goals

Employee Engagement

· Champion a positive workplace culture by introducing initiatives that promote employee engagement, inclusion, and well-being

· Plan and coordinate both internal and external events, such as team-building activities, workshops, and company-wide gatherings, to foster collaboration and strengthen employee morale

Administration Functions

· Manage and provide leadership to the Admin Executive, offering guidance and support on day-to-day tasks and resolving challenges when needed

· Step in to oversee office operations, vendor management, and travel arrangements during the Admin Executive's absence or when additional support is required

· Act as a mentor by providing advice and direction on improving administrative processes and handling complex situations, ensuring smooth office management at all times

Our Ideal Candidate:

· Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration

· At least 5 years of relevant HR and administration experience, preferably in the FinTech Industry

· A self-starter with the ability to take initiative, think strategically, and drive change within the organisation

· Demonstrated success in building and automating HR and administrative processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels

· Possess strong leadership skills, strategic HR planning abilities, and a proven track record in employee relations

· Strong knowledge of employment laws, statutory regulations, and familiarity with TAFEP guidelines

· Adept at handling confidential information discreetly

· Proficient in the MS Office applications; Excel, Word and Powerpoint

· Familiar with payroll, leave and expense claims software will be an advantage

· Prior start-up stints are highly valued
