Job Scope

  • Perform admission of patients, handles customer queries, perform Cashiering and perform Billing
  • Perform admission process, including explanation on bill estimation, usage of insurance, and deposit collection.
  • Handles customer queries pertaining to admission process.
  • Perform Cashiering.
  • Perform Billing.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.
  • Timely escalation of cases to supervisor as necessary.


Requirements

  • Past healthcare work experience is an added advantage.
  • Minimum "O" levels, 2 years of front-line / customer service related working experience.
  • Requires computer literacy, good in mathematics, good communication skills, and excellent service orientation


Working Hours

42 hours work week, any day Monday to Sunday, include PH

Shift 1: 7am-4.30pm

Shift 2: 8:30am - 6pm

Shift 3: 11am-8.30pm
