Job Scope
- Perform admission of patients, handles customer queries, perform Cashiering and perform Billing
- Perform admission process, including explanation on bill estimation, usage of insurance, and deposit collection.
- Handles customer queries pertaining to admission process.
- Perform Cashiering.
- Perform Billing.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
- Timely escalation of cases to supervisor as necessary.
Requirements
- Past healthcare work experience is an added advantage.
- Minimum "O" levels, 2 years of front-line / customer service related working experience.
- Requires computer literacy, good in mathematics, good communication skills, and excellent service orientation
Working Hours
42 hours work week, any day Monday to Sunday, include PH
Shift 1: 7am-4.30pm
Shift 2: 8:30am - 6pm
Shift 3: 11am-8.30pm
