Job Description
- Man the reception counter in General Office
- Perform Customer facing tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, providing information and services and attending to walk in enquiries/requests from students, visitors and suppliers in the General Office
- Management of records such as maintaining and updating filing and inventory
- Manage lost and found items and delivery of goods
- Maintain sickbay records and taking care of students at sickbay, including early dismissal of students due to medical reasons and providing basic first aid to injured students
- Secretarial tasks such as arranging appointments, organizing meetings, calling students for fee arreas
- Perform other related administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education (GCE) Normal (Academic/Technical) Level (3 subjects including English)
- Preferably three (3) years of experience as Receptionist with administration experience in a school environment
- General computer skills (Microsoft Office applications
Working hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.00pm inclusive of 30mins lunch break
- Fridays: 7.00am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
- One of the working day hours would be from 10am to 6:30pm. This late shift is fixed on a certain weekday and is schedule to change every 6 months
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
