Job Responsibilities:
- Man the front counter at all times
- Welcome walk-in customers and register customers via case management system
- Attend to enquiries
- Handle difficult customers professionally and effectively
- Perform manual tracking of daily customers’ walk-in in the event of queue system failure
- Collect documents received from customers and make certified copies of these documents
- Need to be roving around different offices depending on manpower planning
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service and administration is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English and be proficient in a second language and/or converse in dialects as the work requires interaction with a large number of clients from diverse background.
Working Hours and other Info:
- Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6:30pm)
- Commit 3 days or more per week
- $11/hr
- North, Central, East
- Working locations accessible by MRT / Bus
