- Lead Tenders & Proposals team in the development of comprehensive and compliant tender proposal packages
- Responsible for sourcing projects to tender
- Responsible for receiving, organizing and reviewing tender specifications and most importantly to fully understand project preambles and method of measurement for purpose of preparation accurate costing for tender in line with Project Requirements
- Review and ensure correctness of all tendering/bidding document, Tender Questionnaires and Pre-qualifications document prepared by his subordinates
- Provide timely and complete Tender Packages tothe upper management.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers in tender discussions with Customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Civil engineering or any related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience working as an Estimator role with residential background
- Prior experience in an Asst. Manager/ Manager / a Senior Estimating role and managing a team
- Excellent understanding of Cost Management, Change Control, Planning & Risk Analysis & Management
- Thorough knowledge of estimating techniques and systems with a detailed knowledge of how these are applied
