Mon - Fri : 9 am to 5.30 pm
Sat : 9 am to 1 Pm

The Challenges:
- Serve as the single point of contact for Airfreight Import
- Manage internal and external customers for import shipment movements
- Proactively follow up on urgent shipments
- Liaise effectively with various stakeholders (Warehouse, Operations, Billing, Sales)
- Ensure customers’ expectations are met and documented in SOPs
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers (MBR or QBR)
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior
- Handle end-to-end processes, including follow-up on discrepancies
- Follow up with customers on billing disputes
What it Takes:
- At least 2 -3 years relevant working experience as import / export customer service or officer
- A good command of English - Able to communicate verbal and written
- Basic Microsoft Skills like Word / Excel
- Good working attitude
- Able to work with different levels of stakeholders
- Able to work on Saturday
