Role Description
This position reports to the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of everyday operations of the polishing department of the company. He / She will also provide update to ensure the project is able to be deliver on time as per client's requirements and to report arising technical, materials and other issues and solving them together with the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- Oversee and manage daily operations on site.
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors and other stakeholders
- Supervise staff and ensure safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting.
- Hands-on team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Any other works assigned by company
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction.
- Outstanding leadership and organisational skills.
- Able to work with details and time-sensitive issues.
- Adaptability to demanding conditions and decision-making abilities
