The Front Desk Administrator is the welcoming face of our preschool, responsible for creating a positive first impression for families and visitors. The ideal candidate will support the preschool's operations while ensuring a safe and inviting environment for children and parents. This is a 2-month temporary role with an option to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome children, parents, and visitors with a friendly attitude.
- Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including informational materials and forms for parents.
- Assist with scheduling tours and enrollment appointments for prospective families.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support teachers and staff with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive environment.
Requirements:
- No minimum education
- Prior experience as administrator or receptionist will be a plus
- Meticulous and good personality
Additional Information:
- 2 months contract position (might extend according to company’s needs)
- Location: Changi
