Our client, a leading listed company in the resource, energy, and industrial systems industry, is looking for an HR Executive to support key HR functions and ensure operational excellence across the APAC region. This role will focus on recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and administrative duties within a fast-paced and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll for the Singapore office, handling CPF submissions, payroll reports, and tax declarations.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support job evaluation and salary benchmarking initiatives to maintain competitive compensation across the APAC region.
- Assist with data preparation and analysis for performance appraisals, salary reviews, and bonus distribution.
- Collaborate with the Admin team to coordinate company events and manage recreational budgets.
- Prepare HR budgets and salary forecasts annually.
- Handle expat management tasks, including work pass applications, tax declarations, and assistance with housing, medical, and educational arrangements as needed.
- Serve as the liaison with government agencies (MOM, IRAS, CPF) and manage internal employee communications.
- Provide office administrative support, including logistics for meetings, events, and exhibitions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Safe Management Measures and Business Continuity Plans.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- IHRP-CA or IHRP-CP certification is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a listed company within the industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Experience in Japanese companies or multinational environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in HR management systems such as Times Software, SAP SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Office.
