Position: HR Data Analyst (Banking)
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $6500
Job Description:
- Analyze and optimize HR data to improve data quality and ensure accuracy.
- Develop and implement data standards and guidelines for consistency across HR systems.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to address data-related challenges and support HR processes.
- Work with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve data issues in HR platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and ensure they align with business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Managament.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Analytics, or HR data governance.
- Strong understanding of HR data structures, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with data optimization or HR system rollouts is a plus.
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP, or other HR platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation and validation.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
