Work Location: Ang Mo Kio Area
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break
Job Description:
- Hande calls, walk-in enquiries, delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch
- Preparation and verification of documents (e.g. prepare Staff Monthly Attendance Sheet and track their daily attendance
- Maintaining and updating of data records
- Compilation of statistics
- Filing and typing
- Drafting of correspondences
- Attending to pupils who are unwell
- Any other duties as assigned by School
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- At least an O-Level
- Must be able to handle telephone enquiries from Mandarin speaking parents / vendors
- At least 3 years of experience providing admin support
- Proficient in MS Office
- Basic First Aid knowledge
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good team player with high level of initiative
- Good customer service skills
- High level of initiative and able to work independently
