Job Description:
• Make proactive and reactive calls to existing commercial property loan customers regarding repricing.
• Convince customers to accept our repricing packages to maintain portfolio volume and profitability.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines for property financing.
• Cross-sell and refer other bank products to customers.
Job Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle objections.
• Mature, meticulous, and well-organized.
• Able to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive mindset.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp commercial property knowledge and regulatory requirements quickly.
• Knowledge of commercial property lending.
