Shift timings:
7am to 3pm
2.30pm to 11pm
1030pm to 7am
Need to do rotating shifts, anyday Monday -Sunday
1st Month starting will be office hours first
Responsibilities:
- Perform plan preventive maintenance work (PPM) as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and reinstate the power supply and equipment back to normal operation.
- Troubleshoot the air conditioning fault and reinstate the air conditioning back to normal operation.
- Repair water pipe burst, mechanical work, medical gases system and other related facilities equipment.
- Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer.
Requirement:
- 1 year experience in facilities management
- NITEC in maintenance /engineering or equivalent
