- Telecom based Project document management and document coordination for seeking approvals inclide submissions
- Communicating with ground operation team, client and building facility management for work access and further applications
- Permit to work applications for operation and surveys
- SP Electrical applications and Application processings include coordination with all 3rd parties and managements
- Collect site information and prepare proposal and submitt to client for approvals
- Collect site information and prepare Standard asbuilt submitt to relavent authorities
- Collect fiber optic and data cable reports and keep track of project related all test report document regardless of electrical and datacabling works
- Apply project CAR insurances and keep track
- Propose and submitt all kind of project related access for work areas
Job specifications:
To support multiple project in telecom sector and other industrial sector such project related applictions, administrations, keep track of files, ptw submissions and seekeing approvals, liaising with partners and 3rd party managements and contractors, collect all data from engineer/operation team and prepare proposal and asbuilt document in standard practice. candidate must be able to communicate with client, office/shoppingmall/goverment agency facility managements for all access applications. Candidate must be also able to support internal teams required document and provide timley support to operation teams on ground thru tele or email communication.
