Job Description:

As a Workday Functional Lead, you will play a critical role in driving successful Workday implementations for our project. You will be responsible for leading or supporting the Recruiting workstream, working closely with project to understand their unique needs, and configuring Workday to meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting Workstream Lead: Lead or support the Recruiting workstream on Workday implementation projects.

Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with projects to gather and understand their new requirements for the Recruiting module.
Workday Configuration: Create and update Workday configurations to align with evolving project requirements.
Legal and Regulatory Reporting: Provide support for legal and regulatory reporting within Workday.
Team Management: Manage small on-shore and off-shore functional teams.
Solution Architecture: Identify strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches and mitigations to meet project/functional requirements.
Cross-Functional Integration: Architect Workday Recruiting solutions that consider and mitigate cross-functional impacts.
Best Practices: Advise projects on industry standards and leading practices for Workday Recruiting.
Prototyping: Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
Project Updates: Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and keep them informed of overall project progress.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with projects and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
Workday Partner Certification: Possess an active and up-to-date Workday Partner Certification.
Workday Recruiting Experience: Minimum of 3 cycles of Workday Recruiting module implementation experience is mandatory.
Multi-Module Experience: Experience leading Workday implementations for more than 2 functional modules.
Workday Recruiting Certification: Hold a Workday certification in the Recruiting module.
Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
