Job Responsibilities:
- Checking bill of ladings status using internal system (OPUS) and verification of surrender status.
- Verify delivery order release in Portnet against Letter of Authority
- Perform administrative duties including filing and e-file of completed documents.
- Any other related tasks / activities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably candidate with at least a Diploma in Shipping related disciplines / Maritime Studies.
- Preferably with 1-2 years of shipping related industry experience.
- Proficiency in MS office application and G-Suite applications.
- Possess good communication and customer service skills.
- A team player who can work under pressure and independently to meet deadlines.
