Assistant/ Key Account Manager (FMCG Industry)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong key account management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with key accounts or stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead sales negotiations and contract discussions with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and emerging technologies in the F&B industry.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline to management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent
  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in key account management from FMCG industry, preferably with experience handling restaurants, bars, clubs or HORECA channels.
