Responsibilities:
- Develop strong key account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key accounts or stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead sales negotiations and contract discussions with key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and emerging technologies in the F&B industry.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline to management.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in key account management from FMCG industry, preferably with experience handling restaurants, bars, clubs or HORECA channels.
