Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, hold relevant certifications, and have substantial experience working as main contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Planning and Coordination: Continue to refine and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Actively coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that project milestones are achieved, and any emerging issues are addressed promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction work meets quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and address any issues or changes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Documentation: Ensure comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, safety plans, inspection reports, progress reports, and correspondence, is meticulously maintained and fully compliant with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), CPM (Construction Project Manager), or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Experience: Proven success as a Project Manager for a main contractor, with extensive experience in overseeing and delivering successful projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction processes, contract management, safety regulations and technical tools (AutoCAD, Project Management Software Tools, Microsoft Teams)
