This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain & Logistic Executive at IT Technologies in Singapore. He/ She is responsible for the entire purchase process, from price negotiation, order processing and monitoring delivery. He/she is responsible for vendor communication, management and relations. He/she is Responsible for communicating with vendor on price and delivery issues, and timely procurement documentation.
- Supplier relations and negotiations
- Weekly tracking and reporting of purchases, cost and pending orders.
- Maintain dashboard on blanket orders and ensure healthy replenishment rate of stocks.
- Identify suitable vendors and suppliers for RFQ.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for cost reduction program.
- Responsible for purchase documentation.
- Initiate efficiency and compliance of SOP.
- Understanding end user requests.
