Job Description:
Collection
• Monitoring of incoming funds in bank accounts
• Follow up on unidentified funds
Payment Processing
• Payment of policy benefits
• Payment to staff and vendors
• Ensure payments are per Company’s MPP & Guidelines
• Create COA in SUN
• Prepare bank details for updating to USN
Month End
• Prepare month end journal entries for closing of account
• Bank Reconciliations
• Audit Schedules
Others
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in financial institutions
