Senior/C&S Design Engineer (iconic CBD building project)
Our client is a leading reputable A1 main contractor renowned for their impressive portfolio of iconic mixed development, residential and industrial building projects across Singapore. They’re embarking on an exciting new institutional building project in the CBD and are now looking for a Senior/C&S Design Engineer to join them during an exciting time in their development.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in the design and coordination of the civil and structural aspects of our construction projects.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure that all structural elements are designed to meet project specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure the design complies with all requirement
- Prepare and present technical engineering reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications for project designs.
- Participate in the value engineering process to ensure cost-effective and efficient design solutions.
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant building project/steel structures experience
- Possess knowledge of preparing construction sequencing drawings
- Experienced in resolving site issues too
