Roles & Responsibilities:
Treasury:
- Process all online bank transactions and manage internet banking matters.
- Post payment entries (for both trade and non-trade) to the ERP system.
- Assist in cash flow planning.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Handle petty cash transactions and post all entries to the ERP system.
- Prepare information for year-end audits and address Treasury-related queries.
- Other duties as assigned by the Accounting and Finance HOD.
General Ledger (GL):
- Complete monthly account closings with the necessary GL supporting schedules.
- Post GL-related journal entries in the ERP system.
- Maintain the Fixed Assets Register.
- Update monthly book rates in the ERP system.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Prepare GST schedules and returns for submission.
- Handle year-end closing processes and coordinate audit requirements.
- Provide information required for tax computations.
- Other duties as assigned by the Accounting and Finance HOD.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or equivalent qualification in accounting & finance.
- Experience:Treasury: 2 to 3 years of relevant finance experience.
GL: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in general ledger and account closing.
- Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems (Infor SyteLine preferred), strong financial reconciliation and reporting skills.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:18 PM (Monday to Friday)
