Mission Description:
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure efficient production flow and meet customer demand.
- Utilize JDE for managing Bill of Materials (BOM) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure accurate inventory levels and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics, to align production plans with operational goals.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support inventory management efforts, including tracking materials and finished goods to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
- Communicate production schedules and updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Profile Requirement:
- Experience in manufacturing planning, with a strong understanding of MPS and JDE systems.
- Proficiency in Bill of Materials (BOM) management and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
